Porgy Fishing Near Ft. Myers & Cape Coral
“I struggle to keep porgies out of the boat some days.” – Capt. Craig
Porgy fishing off the coast of Ft. Myers and Cape Coral is sure to be an unforgettable memory for anglers of all ages. Capt. Craig travels up to 50 miles offshore where porgies can grow up to 8 pounds. Lurking along the bottom of the Gulf of Mexico, porgies are eager for a quick snack. Porgies are one of the few fish able to smile back at you when you take their picture as they have human-like molars for crushing crab shells.
Porgies are delicious and fish cleaning is included in all charters.
